Most items can be returned within 14 days.
Simply return purchases for free in-store or by mail.

Unless noted below, most merchandise can be returned to IB Lighting and Plumbing Supplies within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Must be returned within 48 Hours:

All Water Heaters, Boilers, Electrical Breaker Boxes, and Disconnects

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE:

Whole House and Stationary Generators

Product Samples
-
Lighting Fixture Displays (if the lighting fixture purchased originally was a final product/sale as a display)

Products ordered and explicitly tailored to customer's requirements or measurements
IB Lighting and Plumbing reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer or to prevent fraud or abuse.
How to Make a Return
In-Store Returns:

Please bring a copy of your receipt, shipping confirmation email, and credit card if used for the item, along with a valid ID.
All Special Order returns or cancellations will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee
Refunds

All credit card returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns for purchases must have a valid proof of purchase and will be refunded in the original form of payment (credit card, cash, credited to your account, PayPal, refunded via Store Credit, etc.).

Please note that orders without a receipt will be given as a store credit if the order can be recalled in our system; please note that the purchase can ONLY be found within our system if it was made no more than 14 days ago.
